Bridger brings a rare blend of technical expertise, creativity, and leadership to his role as Head Brewer at Boomstick Brewing. With over a decade of experience across some of Canada’s most respected craft breweries- including leadership roles at Bannerman Brewing in St. John’s and Twin Sails Brewing in British Columbia, Dave has built a reputation for producing thoughtful, high-quality beer while developing strong, collaborative teams.

Formally trained with an International Diploma in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute and Doemens Academy, Dave pairs deep technical knowledge with a hands-on, detail-driven approach to brewing. His background spans everything from startup brewery operations and recipe development to inventory systems, production scheduling, and quality control.

Beyond the brewhouse, Dave is known for his calm leadership style, sharp problem-solving, and commitment to continuous improvement. A musician and educator by training, he brings a creative lens to his work. Since joining Boomstick, Dave has been instrumental in refining operations and elevating the brewery’s offerings, helping define the flavour, consistency, and identity of every pint poured.
