Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business from Memorial University and has built a career helping small-to-mid-sized organizations find gaps, put structure in place, and support organizations grown with nearly two decades of management experience.

In 2014, before completing her degree, Stacey was hired as Operations Manager for Indigena Skincare, one of Newfoundland and Labrador’s first all-natural skincare companies. As the company expanded, she also took on the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial planning and operational systems during a key growth period.

Her experience includes senior leadership roles in fast-paced hospitality environments such as Mallard Cottage, The Fifth Ticket, and Bannerman Brewing Co. She was part of the management team that opened Bannerman Brewery in 2019 and helped guide operations through its busiest and most formative years.

In October 2025, Stacey joined the team at Boomstick as Hospitality Manager, overseeing daily operations, people leadership, and guest experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
